Hotels near Hekou Port, Hekou

Five-star praise, this hotel is really the right choice for this trip! The room hygiene is particularly in place, the bedding is clean and odorless, the bathroom and table top corners are cleaned, and the living is comfortable. The location is excellent, the travel is particularly convenient, and there are various specialty snack restaurants around. You can eat delicious food when you go out. You don't have to go far to find food. The front desk staff is warm and friendly, check-in and check-out are efficient, and questions will be answered patiently, and they also take the initiative to recommend the surrounding tour routes. The hotel is very close to major punch-in attractions, and you can reach them on foot or by short taxi. It saves time and effort to visit the attractions. The overall price is very high, it is very worry-free to travel here, and I will choose next time!

The hygiene, service, decor, software and hardware facilities, and toiletries were all excellent 👍. Plus, the free pick-up service was a nice touch. I think they've really put a lot of effort into doing things well. Now, about breakfast. There weren't many vegetable options to begin with, but this morning, I arrived at the restaurant at 9:15 AM and most of the stir-fries were already gone. A staff member walked by the congee section at least three times. I waited 30 minutes, and it was almost 10:00 AM, but no one refilled the dishes. At least when it comes to vegetables, they could offer more. I understand they might be trying to control costs and avoid waste if there aren't many guests, but it wouldn't hurt to add one or two more vegetable dishes, or at least proactively ask guests if they'd like more. I don't think that's unreasonable. I hope the hotel's business flourishes. Regarding breakfast, they could learn from some smaller, well-run B&Bs and chain hotels to improve in this area without causing waste. Since the hotel is ranked as a high-end establishment on various platforms, it should really live up to that name.

The mattress and bedding were comfortable, and the room was clean. The hotel staff (especially the young lady) provided excellent service. The TV wasn't working in the room, but she actively found a solution for me. Thumbs up!

We stay here every time we cross into Vietnam. It’s reasonably priced, the staff is nice, and the breakfast is decent. It was much better in previous years but that’s to be expected. Less tourists go there these days post Covid.

I stayed in Hekou for several days and stayed in 3 hotels. Hekou Jiashang Business Hotel has the best hardware and software. 1. The parking lot is very large, and it can accommodate more than a dozen buses without any problem. RV tours and motorcycle tours can all come here. During my stay, I saw an RV traveling guy parked here for 2 nights. 2. The room is clean, tidy and big. There are chairs for simple working. 3. Because it opened this year, the bed sheets, duvet covers and pillows are all new, including bath towels. The quality is similar to that used in mid-range hotels. You can tell by touching it. 3. I care about whether the bath water is hot or not, whether the water flow is strong or not, and whether the floor drain leaks quickly. Hekou Jiashang Hotel did not disappoint me in these aspects. 4. The shampoo and shower gel can only be said to be average, but at this price, I don’t dare to expect too much 😂. I think hotels must have a small bar of soap. I remember this one has it. 5. The hotel is quiet. In addition, there are two time-honored restaurants on the right side of the door, which I think are very good. Finally, the small town at the mouth of the river has very good conditions in terms of tourism, food and trade. It has something to offer. If it is built well, it will definitely attract many Chinese and Vietnamese tourists. It is a pity that it has no characteristics now. It is really a pity.

Okay for one night, nothing special but clean enough, unfortunately very low water pressure

Service was good, thank you. However i had to mention rooms issues. First room i had to change because it was noisy tap leaking in the bathroom but in the second room situation was the same. There is no elevator so if you have luggage it’s not so comfortable.

The lady boss is very nice, the room is very clean, and she even gave us a free ride to the high-speed rail station, which is very nice!

The room and bathroom are quite large. The WiFi works well. The remote control does not seem to be the one intended for the television. There is a kettle and we are provided with bottles of water. There is also a water bottle in the hallway. My room was cleaned quickly because there were traces left at the exit of the bathroom. You have to be athletic because my room is on the 6th floor without an elevator. It is difficult to talk to the staff who only speak Chinese even with the translation tools. But for the price it is really very good.

The service is good, but the environment and facilities are not so good, and the hygiene is not so good! Although I booked a special offer room, I hope this can help readers in need to avoid pitfalls!
