Excellent hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Spacious room, clean & comfortably furnished. Delicious breakfast. Good location, right next to wonderful riverside park, few minutes to shopping street, ten minutes walk from border gate. Highly recommend.
only complaint is some street music (ended by 9pm)

The Huaning Hotel is very well located, with everything you need nearby. The rooms are large and clean. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Comfortable room with an OK Chinese style breakfast included - hotel could do improve by increasing the food options available and having more tea and coffee, very little is put out . Surroundings noisy at night with a karaoke bar in the evening and traffic and people talking on the street after midnight.

Clean and comfortable for its price. Good hot shower.
Convenient location not far from the border with Vietnam and very short drive away from the main bus station. There are many shops, restaurants, big supermarket, park and a lovely river promenade all around the hotel.
Excellent efficient staff. The young lady at the desk answered all my questions, helped with directions, transport and even explained to the taxi driver where to take me. For me as a foreigner just having arrived to a new country, that service alone deserves the highest rating. Thank you!

The room was very clean, and the view from the window was of Vietnam. The service was excellent; the front desk could help call a taxi. The hotel breakfast was also delicious, and it was very close to various attractions.

The room is nice, with a view of Vietnam across the street. The decoration is nice, and there is a parking lot for self-driving tours. It is also convenient to find food nearby. Satisfied, the breakfast is average.
