My wife and I stayed here in the second half of September. The hotel is housed in a beautiful old building dating back to the last century, and it looks like it has been renovated quite recently. Overall, the hotel and our room were clean, and all the basic toiletries were provided. The complimentary items in the room included two 500 ml bottles of drinking water and tea. There was no coffee and no refrigerator. One design flaw in the room was the position of the bathroom faucet. It is installed in such a way that whenever you wash your face, water inevitably splashes onto the countertop, collects there, and eventually runs down onto the floor. Breakfast was very limited. The only drinks available were juice and water — no tea and no coffee. The restaurant interior is extremely simple, even rather austere, and feels more like a public canteen than a hotel restaurant. Another issue is the parking in front of the hotel. Cars are parked so close together and so close to the entrance steps that getting through with suitcases can be quite difficult. At times, it almost makes you want to squeeze past and polish the side of a car with your suitcase along the way. :) Overall, we had a good impression of the hotel, but the poor breakfast and the parking situation definitely bring the rating down.
