The hotel has no lift, we have to carry our bag all the way to 6th floor. But the host is very friendly and kind, the hotel is very near to border control

Very nice family to talk to. The location is in a great area just across the street from the riverfront. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom can stink at times from the toilet. Shower is in an awkward position where it makes it hard for me to be able to feel comfortable with showering at times. Not convienient to go up to stairs without an elevator on first day when carrying the luggage up the stairs especially when your room is near the top floor.

Close to the border & many cafés, nice host. Unfortunately, our room was dirty. Amongst others there was a bunch of wet hair placed on the sink. Also, don't really get why there's a photo of a naked woman in the bathroom.

老闆服務態度挺好的，價格上也很有性價比，就在口岸和越南城附近，住在這裏挺方便的。如果是想省錢又住的不錯的話，可以選這家店。總的來説還挺滿意。

酒店環境臟亂差，沒有電梯，老闆態度極其惡劣 不能退換房間。越南人過來做生意的很多，對河口整體的影響都很差。

La chambre et la salle de bain sont assez grandes.
Le WiFi fonctionne bien. La télécommande ne semble pas être celle prévue pour la télévision.
Il y a une bouilloire et on nous fournit des bouteilles d'eau. Il y a de plus dans le couloir une bonbonne d'eau.
Ma chambre a été nettoyée rapidement car il restait des traces à la sortie de la salle de bain.
Il faut être sportif car ma chambre est au 6ème étage sans ascenseur.
Des difficultés à discuter avec le personnel qui ne parle que chinois même avec les outils de traduction.
Mais pour le prix c'est vraiment très correct.

房間與網上描述一致，從火車站到達需乘出租車，位於街心花園。老房子，衞生設施一般，毛巾被罩都是舊的，老闆娘很熱情，房間門漏風。優點是方便出行，缺點是街心花園晚上有廣場唱歌，擴音器聲音很大，半夜12點之後才安靜！
