The front desk service was good and the room was very spacious!

The hotel's location is pretty good, very close to the border crossing, and right outside is a pedestrian street with many small shops run by Vietnamese people selling Vietnamese specialties. The free parking offered by the hotel is a huge bonus, which is quite rare to find. The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit dated, especially the bathroom. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The room, bed, and bathroom are all quite spacious, and the facilities are well-equipped. The location is also very convenient; it's within walking distance to everything, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, there are shared electric scooters available in the area.

I frequently stay here, and it's great in all aspects. I've tried most of their basic room types. It's very convenient for crossing the border, and the front desk staff are really enthusiastic.

They upgraded my room for free, and it was much larger. One of the rooms even had a direct view of the China Customs building and the Clock Tower from the window. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and professional, and they even allowed us to check in early and check out late. The hotel is a bit old, so some of the facilities are dated, but it's very clean, and the beds are spotless. There's a slight odor in the bathroom if you don't turn on the exhaust fan. The location is excellent, very close to the Customs building, and there's free parking available until 3 PM the next day. The travel agency downstairs was also great; we got our embassy visa the very next morning. It's very close to nearby attractions, and you can enjoy the scenery across the river with just a short walk. Friendly tip: When we first arrived, the Wi-Fi was constantly cutting out. A staff member came over, turned on the TV to test it, and after that, it worked perfectly without any lag. I'm not sure why, but it happened in both rooms.

The room has air conditioning, and the location is super convenient. The shower has good water pressure, and the hotel's soundproofing is decent. The bed in the room is just the right firmness, making for a comfortable sleep. They also provide 'items for couples,' which is great for romantic getaways.
