Hekou Jinxiwan Hotel

Location: Not remote, but some distance from major tourist attractions or commercial areas. * Facilities: All the essentials are there (TV, air conditioning, private bathroom), but they are rather old and only the most basic models; the TV is broken. * Cleanliness: Superficially clean, with no obvious stains or dust, but closer inspection reveals stains on the carpet and dust accumulation in the corners, falling short of the "spotlessly clean" standard. * Service: The front desk can handle check-in and check-out, but lacks enthusiasm and initiative, failing to make you feel "at home." * Issues include unstable WiFi signal, low water pressure, unpleasant odor in the hallway, and mediocre soundproofing allowing you to hear noise from next door. These issues aren't enough to warrant immediate complaints, but they will continue to affect your stay. * The price you pay is roughly commensurate with the service and environment you receive; you don't feel like you're getting "great value for money," but you also don't feel "ripped off." It's about average for the market. "The hotel is so-so, nothing particularly praiseworthy, but nothing particularly bad either. The room size is just right, the bed is sleepable, but the decor is a bit outdated."

The first room didn't have a shower, so the owner changed us to another one; their service was quite good. That evening, we discovered the TV was broken, and the owner came and replaced it for us; their service was really excellent. The facilities are a bit old, they really are, but that's understandable. It's alright.

It's really nice to have such a room at this price in a border county. It's spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water. The front desk staff are friendly. It's very convenient to go anywhere by riding a shared electric scooter. There is also a fruit seller downstairs.

The room was clean and the customer service was okay, but the facilities were not perfect. Only the large shower head worked, which was inconvenient for children to take a shower. The temperature was adjusted, but it suddenly turned cold while I was taking a shower. No matter how I adjusted it, it was either very cold or very hot.

First of all, I'm not a shill, nor am I from the hotel next door. I checked in at noon that day, left my luggage there, and went out. When I came back that night, I found a blood stain on the bed sheet. The blood stain was clearly visible. I told the front desk lady, and she saw it and gave me another room. The stain was also visible on the bed sheet. I asked for a new bed sheet, but they didn't want to change it. They just wanted to change the bed sheet, which they did. Later, the front desk lady told me that the boss could upgrade me to a superior room for free. Because of time constraints, I needed to rest at 12 o'clock that night, so I declined. Generally speaking, there are not many high-end hotels in Hekou. There was another better hotel originally, but the location was not convenient. I chose this one because of its good location.

The waiters were very enthusiastic.
