避雷！浴室噴頭壞的！
重點是！半夜十二點有人拿房卡開門！和前台打電話説走錯房間了，上來處理又説保安拿房卡找東西走錯房間了？為什麼保安有房間門卡？而且門上安全栓都撞壞了！請問你走錯房間為什麼要撞門？
半夜十二點啊 已經涉及侵犯私隱和非法入室了🙃酒店的處理就是道歉和退當晚房費？我們時間不是損失嗎？真是服了如果道歉有用還要法律法規有什麼用？酒店侵犯客人私隱、涉嫌非法入室、未按照責任保障客人私隱、管理不善！！！後續處理問題扯皮推諉！
結果就是半夜收拾東西離開酒店 已報警 等投訴吧酒店
