I love staying here. Marty helped me get a room next to the pool (my sons love that) and everyone is always pleasant and kind. My rooms have been clean and well stocked. Their little shop is ever so helpful for any forgotten toiletries or needed late night snacks. The room next to mine had an infant and I never heard a thing until I went out into the hall and their door was open. Temp in the room is easy to regulate. I love being able to walk to some of the tastiest restaurants and the shops in the gulch are a short stroll away. All in all, I love this hotel.

This property offers great rooms in a perfect location in Helena. I was traveling on business, but enjoyed the stay and will definitely book a stay with my family when we are through Helena next.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice rooms. Rates are a little high.The Great Northern is located next to the Silver Star restaurant. I always enjoy that restaurant.

I had a great stay and enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was nice to walk to Hokkaido across the street and the Silver Star Steakhouse which is connected to the hotel. Only draw back was there was no hot tub to soak in but we planned on going to Broadwater Hot Springs that was amazing and nearby.

Great staff- very genuine and helpful. Loved the railway theme throughout based on the Great Northern Railway. We stayed in a beautiful mini suite overlooking a small park. Walking distance from the Brewhouse. Would definitely stay here again.

We stay at BW hotels as often as we can when we travel. Their pet-friendly rooms are a very important draw as is their attitude toward their guests. The breakfast was second to none- a real departure from the usual hotel scramble and bacon fare. The room was one of the most well appointed and comfortable we have ever stayed in.

Lovely hotel, great location, friendly helpful staff, nicely appointed room, clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast with great selections in a lovely clean breakfast room. Nice hymn and pool! Comfy beds, great wifi. Lots of parking.

This was the best Best Western Hotel we have ever stayed at! The room was clean, updated, quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the menu choice and the food very much. After the underwhelming motel we stayed at in Fillmore during our trip from Palm Springs to Calgary, it was a delight to stay in such lovely accommodation, at such a reasonable price. We will be back for sure!
