Stayed one night. We had two rooms, and both were outdated but clean. All the employees we dealt with were very polite and helpful. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and nice. Breakfast was very limited. The scrambled eggs looked slimy, but I think they had cheese melted in them. Our rooms were pretty quiet except for the rude family that arrived at 12:30 am and continued to make noise for an hour. Because of the exceptional customer service and clean rooms, we would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was run down and lots of things broken. Weird substances on the walls. The security bar for our room was broken completely. Toilet didn’t work. Staff was nice and breakfast was ok.

The room was really dark - not enough lamps or the really dark ceiling, not sure which. Strange people were sent to our room because supposedly they said they were friends of the "Moores". No one even knew we were in Helena, much less in your hotel. Desk should have called before sending someone to our room. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable.

Very busy place at night. A lot of people running around being noisy til 2 to 3 in the morning hard to get to sleep.

I previously stayed at the La Quinta property in Helena, it was a more updated property and cleaner than Baymont.

No breakfast left by 7:30 am! But advertised til 9:00 am. Otherwise rooms were clean and quiet, convenient to highway exit.
