Good room size, even with 3 beds. Clean towels and linen. Staff gave us a room when we arrived early in the morning. Thank you! Really appreciate the kind gesture as kids and adults were all tired from the red-eye flight.

Friendly stuffs! The water park is ideal for kids to spend off their energy. The boom gate barrier was out of service. That make us wonder of the safety issues. The unit is sparkling clean. It provides sufficient kitchen ware for a small family to cook a simple meals.

Talk about disappointment, booked with trip they didn't include my family members and I had to pay extra when I got there to accommodate my family.Property location was good but for value for money ,facility conditions were sub standard.Still overall great for kids but maybe I'm just whinging!

First time at the big4 and it didn’t disappoint! Kids were absolutely in love with the place and would love to come back. We stayed in the cosy cabins and they were very clean and a great size for 2 adults, three kids and a dog. Enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to book again.

The location is very good, close to Movie World. Super good for families, they have lots of facilities and events for kids, eg movie night. Wi-Fi is not available at some cottages.

The hotel is kids friendly, and it is absolutely good for the car travellers

The hygiene problem is very poor. The quilt is covered with feces or something. The toilet was not cleaned on the first day when I moved in. There was still leftover cake in it. The most annoying thing is that we arrived late on the first day and didn't check in. There was no one on duty and there was no late check-in. So we had to take a taxi nearby and find a hotel. Because it is very close to Movie World, it is close to several theme parks but far from the city center. But the service here is okay, and they are quite warm and friendly. Yesterday, there was a violent storm here on Christmas Day that cut off the internet and power. It was so scary. But I probably won’t come again next time.

Very new and clean, The room is big and spacious, the environment is very elegant, there is a heated swimming pool, children's water slide°Like an independent small villa, will not interfere with each other. Very close to several parks, suitable for self-driving °

The wardrobe facilities in the room need maintenance, but the service is very good. I finally found the clothes I left behind. The amusement facilities are very good and the restaurant is also very good.
