Our room was spotless clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful with local information. And the gym/fitness room was great, the machines were in working order and the TV worked. Also easy parking.

I stayed with my mom because closest to hospital where my brother was in ICU. First night the sink wouldn't drain and TV wouldn't work told some gentleman in morning he seemed to be bothered with my problem. When came back room key didn't work, the front desk 2 ladies very friendly said we had to move to another room, second room smelled so mildew so they moved us to our 3rd room. The toilet plugged up n sink wouldn't drain again, very slow. Again in morning told front desk, came back at noon and nothing was done. Then cleaning crew came in made us feel like it was our fault toilet plugged but plunged toilet and sloped dirty toilet water over floor and left, we cleaned it up and told her to leave plunger. Sink still plugged and slow drain. In morning when left I saw several plungers left outside of other rooms. After staying at hospital all day and coming back to these issues was more stressful.

Outside looked run down and the surrounding neighborhood was seedy. But the Oarking was good and once inside it was really nice. Clean. Big room. Friendly service. Nice bar resteraunt. Would definitely stay here again if I’m going to a concert at Musikfest Cafe which was a 5 minute drive.

The extra blanket was dirty and smelled but the regular bed was clean. There were cracks in the corner of the shower stall and much wear in the bottom of the bed

Nice hotel in a good location for visiting a student at Lehigh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms have been updated recently and are comfortable.

We had a nice day, even though it was short. Everything was very clean and neat. The room was very spacious.
I was so happy to see a restaurant downstairs with a bar. We did not go down to the restaurant, but we ordered room service. They also had a room where you can buy snacks and drinks.
