We loved everything about Wind Creek Hotel & ******; especially the accommodation, and their staff all around; everyone was quite helpful and very friendly, including the Valet parking. I forgot the cell phone in my car, so, the driver brought the car back for me to retrieve it. Thanks so much. Cheers again to that!

I liked that the ****** and Event Center where all connected together. So if the weather was not good you never had to leave the premises.

The spa at Wind Creek was amazing! We enjoyed the facials and massages! Lauren made it extra special for my Mother’s 70th birthday and offered great customer service! Dustiny was the best massage therapist. The amenities and view made it worth the prices! We will be back!

Overall, the hotel was very convenient for staying over after a concert at the Event Center. However, check-in was delayed due our room not being ready. We were two out of at least a couple dozen other people who had to sit and wait in the lobby for a notification of a ready room. It was about 1.25 hours past the check-in time, which in many cases would not be a big deal, but many people were frustrated given that it was getting close to the beginning of the concert. We, like others were worried that we wouldn't be able to get into our rooms before the show. I have used hotels for both business and leisure travel probably a couple hundred times or more and I have never experienced this. Maybe I've just been lucky up to this point. Better planning by management for busy days is necessary (there was the concert and also a couple of conferences going on). If you're short-staffed, maybe you need to increase wages.
Other than that, the room was nice and big. The food choices were pretty good. But the outlet mall is pretty dead, I would say about half empty. The event center is great and we really enjoyed the concert.
I would definitely go there again for a show, but I would hesitate about staying there again due to the late room availability.

Beautiful resort! We checked in early and our room was ready. We stayed in a presidential suite and it was spacious and beautiful! We ate a late lunch at Urban Market and it was very good. We attended at concert in the evening and it was very convenient. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. We will be back!
