Great hotel, cute rooms and friendly staff with a great onsite restaurant - the bedroom was comfy, with the tv at the end of the bed (very handy!) with a cute bathroom with a glass wall that slid between hiding the shower and the toilet. Good space for a hotel room and very comfortable.

The bed and the view are great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Missing are a shower door or curtain, when showering the whole bathroom gets wet. A little more closet space would be handy for people that stay more then just one night. Overall we were happy to stay there.

Ik heb een overnachting met ontbijt en diner geboekt bij dit hotel. Helaas erg slechte ervaring. Het eten was erg slecht: gebakken gambas piri piri waren gambas olie zonder smaak. De rundersteak was zo taai dat ik er werkelijk bijna in stikte. Als toetje had ik een appel crumble besteld, maar kreeg een soort van appelcake die ontzettend droog was en leek op een cake uit de vriezer opgewarmd in de magnetron. Aangezien ik mijn eten voor de helft had laten staan heb ik in mijn kamer nog patatas brava's besteld. Dat bleken gefrituurde zoete aardappelen met creme fraiche. Geen aanrader. Het is een 4 sterren hotel, want het ziet er best mooi uit. Service kennen ze alleen niet. theezakjes en koffiecups moet je zelfs bestellen voor in je kamer. Ik had extra pech want er lag bloed in mijn douche en opgedroogd spuug in mijn wasbak. Vervolgens gemeld bij de balie, maar er wordt niets mee gedaan en niet op mijn emails gereageerd. Erg jammer.

If you enjoy being ignored at the bar and/or treated with disdain and surly attitude by barmen when eventually served, then this is the place for you! Facilities and rooms great, however if you enjoy partaking in a beverage during your stay I'd suggest any other hotel you can find....

Zeer onvriendelijke managers hier, vooral in het restaurant. Personeel goed, maar merkte een zeer gestreste sfeer. Managers waren niet aardig naar het personeel, erg sneu voor die meiden die hard aan het werk waren. paar uur gezeten daar, merkende dat het personeel weinig pauze kregen terwijl de managers achter de bar aan het eten waren en ondertussen de meiden aan het commanderen waren. Ik heb zelf in de horeca gestaan en dit is niet hoe je met je personeel omgaat. Jammer!! Ik kom hier nooit meer terug.

Twee dagen in dit hotel verbleven, om te relaxen in de wellness. Parkeren in de garage onder het hotel, prima, zijn wel kosten aan verbonden. Bij de receptie netjes te woord gestaan. Kamer was prima, ruime badkamer, bedden prima.wij zaten op de 5e etage uitzicht op de stad. Wellness op de 1e etage wij vinden het fijn om met badjas van je kamer naar de wellness te gaan. Wellness was prima, een paar minpuntjes zijn voor ons: Er gaan mensen met hun slippers op de banken zitten.,dat vinden wij niet er hygenisch. T****e puntje was de plaats van de scrub. Die schalen zijn geplaatst in de doorgang naar de douches, erg onhandig, zeker als het druk is,want er staan ook mensen te douchen, dan wordt het allemaal te vol,en moet je ruimte maken ,dit kan anders. Op de t****e etage is de panoramasauna, en een 90gr sauna + twee rustruimte's. Buiten een bubbelbad en zwembad,in de zomer kun je er lekker liggen,er zijn volop plaatsen daarvoor. Voor ons was het er prima, ook het verblijf .

Fijn hotel, goede prijs-kwaliteit, mooie ruime kamer. Alleen uit de douche kwam maar een hele dunne zachte straal. De welness was echt overvol. Geen stoel meer te krijgen. Daar hadden minder mensen toegelaten moeten worden mijns inziens.
