酒店對面是一個花海公園，就是五一假期沒有花開。房間乾淨寬敞，衞生間排風機聲音有點大。

標準間特別大，還有沙發，水有點發黃，所以有大桶純凈水，熱水器是電加熱的，剛加完熱有點嘀嗒水，五一期間價格貴，沒有早餐，樓道電梯口可以抽煙，烏煙瘴氣的感覺

第一天入住，床單和枕套沒有更換，枕套上還帶着頭油味，給客服打電話，服務人員給更換了一下，為什麼要顧客説才給更換呢？而且屋內灰塵大，我自己用一次性毛巾和酒精棉片進行清潔，此處坐便省略一萬字……🤢）第二天早上跟前台説了3遍“屋內不要進人，不要打掃”因為坐便已經用酒精消毒了，而且有小朋友，怕清潔人員用抹布擦坐便）晚上回到房間發現洗手枱上的一次性毛巾（用來擦拭水的）和地上的一次性毛巾（洗澡後地面特別濕滑，用來擦地面）全部被扔掉了，坐便上還有頭髮，給前台打電話理論，説明早經理給解決，到了早上跟那個經理説了情況，經理第一句話就是“第一天入住的時候，發現床品不衞生，您有退房的權利”就這一句話就讓人很不舒服，之後我們吵了起來，還污衊説我打電話辱罵工作人員一個多小時，簡直是血口噴人，總之，最後給我退了兩間房的房錢，但是，還是無法原諒！服務，管理差到極點。
