Great location for this older hotel, near shopping and dining and about a 15-minute walk along the water to the famous Kronborg Castle, where Shakespeare's play Hamlet is set. Our small room was clean, cozy, and recently renovated. Only complaint was the beds, which were as hard as a park bench! We didn't sleep well. Otherwise this hotel was fine for a one-night stay. Didn't have many interactions with the staff, but they seemed friendly.

Très joli hôtel, dans une vieille maison, ça grince et c'est un peu vieillot, mais super chambre avec vue sur le port, accueil super gentil, et petit déjeuner excellent, copieux dans le restaurant de l’hôtel, très bien décoré. Il faut juste accepter que c'est une miason ancienne, mais avec tout son charme!

Good old hotel.
It's clean, the breakfast is delicious, the staff is helpful, and everything you need is provided.
I also like that they are considering about the detailed decoration in the hotel.
I will stay when I get Helsingor again.
