ここのチェックインは機械でやるシステム。ブッキングナンバーを入力後。住所や名前やパスポートの写真と自分を写すなどそこで行う。この時カードキーにデータが入力され入館できる。一応朝8時頃から夕方5時頃までは専用スタッフが常駐しているので、分からないことが有れば呼び出し対応できる。
只私もだがもう1組は送られてきた予約完了票にここで使う6桁の番号がないためスタッフに尋ねたら調べてくれて6桁の番号を教えてくれた。
立地はバイキングラインのフェリターミナルから10分以内。空港やバスステーションからは不明。
設備は1階にランドリールームにゲームルーム。クッキングルーム(各部屋にもキッチンはあるが)自転車置場。一時保管場所(チェックイン迄預かってくれる)ここはカードキーで玄関から各フロアーにエレベーターから自室までカードキーが必要なので紛失は御注意。スタッフ常駐以外は指定電話に電話とある。
室内は冷蔵庫冷凍庫に食洗機とコンロのあるキッチンとベットと寛ぐ空間にシャワーにトイレと洗面台のある部屋でした。内部は良く清掃され綺麗でした。
備え付けの鍋や食器は綺麗でしたが熱湯かけて消毒しました。
とても快適で又使いたい。只チェックインは少々ややこしい。

A great new hotel in Helsinki. Created out of a renovated office or factory building, all the facilities are new. Walking distance to everything in central Helsinki. Helpful staff, though most of the check in etc was automated. Wonderful water pressure and a great shower. Bed was very comfy.

Idéalement situé dans le quartier Katajanokka. Ce sont des appart hôtel, il y a une kitchenette. C’est ouvert depuis 2023, tout est neuf et impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est super bon et copieux. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil. Tout est extrêmement bien pensé, il y a tout à disposition, lave vaisselle, une plaque de cuisson , un four et réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Il y a une supérette dans la rue derrière. Une cuisine comme, des salle de travail, une salle de réunion, des machines à laver le linge, des vélos …Un sauna accessible à certaines heures, une carte d’accès à la salle de sport juste à côté. Super pratique pour les étudiants mais aussi pour les jeunes actifs.

Great modern place with all facilities including work areas for business, kitchens in both studio and a general kitchen and a laundry (!). Clean quiet and modern. I recommend it. If you check in late (after 19.00) just make sure you email them for the door code (which is NOT the same as the self check in code). Super easy self check in

Noli proved to be an ideal accommodation for us. It's conveniently located within a short walking distance of all the key attractions in Helsinki. The neighborhood is secure, with nearby bars and restaurants for added convenience. The studio is not only spacious but also of high quality. The check-in and check-out procedures are straightforward. The luxurious amenities of the building are well-maintained, and the availability of a 24/7 gym and sauna is a significant advantage. The personnel were consistently friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The pricing is also exceptionally reasonable. Overall, a solid 5-star experience!

Good location, newly renovated building, clean room.
The air in the room got very stuffy - it was 24c and turning the thermostat down had little effect. The pillow had an odd protector that made it feel like sleeping on a balloon.
I paid for breakfast but didn’t get it. I should have received a voucher for the breakfast but didnt.
There is no personnel at the location to sort out things, only a WhatsApp number that’s monitored 10-17.

Amazing experience. The location was very good, safe and the quality of the room was amazing. You can easily walk to the center in 5-10 minutes. I love the wine bar. I will definitely come back to this when I am in Helsinki.
