Perfect stay in the center of Helsinki , very comfortable and good service. Me and my husband stayed for 3 nights.

Felt this was a real win. Great breakfast, really nice lounge area, friendly helpful staff, very clean and stylish rooms, HDTV etc. The restaurant was closed unfortunately but can recommend the Thai restaurant across the road.

How is this for a 4 star hotel? Too outdated and very poorly cleaned And the boiler doesn't seem to work. The old man at the reception treated me well. some young woman. I was waiting to check in, and I had a joke with the guy who checked in before me and waited for a really long time.

The staff at this property is super friendly and helpful, all of them. The problem with me was the cleanness of the place in general, specially the bathroom room. It was full of mould/dark spots all over the place, it really looked unpleasant. Also, this property has a rule that they only clean your room every three days. I am ok with that, if they let you know clearly during checking, and also, if the bathroom was clean. I guess the cleaning every three days is not strong enough to clean all those dark spots in the shower. Also, the carpets around the room floors were always very dirty as well.

Great location and friendly staff as well as an excellent breakfast. The building is very old and my room was tiny but they take good care of everything.

Warm friendly and helpful reception staff, fabulous breakfasts with friendly staff and eggs cooked how you wanted. Convenient for access to everywhere, just hop on a tram. Walking distance to many restaurants and eateries. Really enjoyed our 2nd visit and will be back next year as have relatives in Helsinki.

It was comfortable and everything alright. The menu (breakfast) was a very good mix of food and drinks. The room was a little bit older but everything was clean and ok. The personal was very friendly.

Very professional staff!

The staff are very hardworking and friendly. There is an excellent breakfast buffet with a huge choice plus lots of free sweets, biscuits and fruit in reception. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Several good restaurants in the area.

Great place to stay and highly recommended. Perfect location, lovely, helpful and knowledgeable staff, super breakfast and a very cool lift.
