The quality is good and the front desk is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious. It was a relaxing and pleasant time. It was cold outside, but we had a great time.

Located very close too the centrum. Makes for a very convenient location that is also close to all the cruise ships and ferries. Rooms are clean and the hotel has great amenities from a gym, sauna and laundry.

The Finnish hotel staff were very polite and good. I think the location is great. On the days I was there, the storm drains on the road a little further away gave off an excessive odor that was impossible to inhale while walking.

The rooms are comfortable enough, but the mattresses are very soft, the back gets tired overnight. The breakfasts are excellent , the hotel staff is attentive and very friendly everywhere !

Very good structure but with several lagoons, small rooms and plastic (pvc) bathrooms. Housekeeper's hair both on the towels and in the sink and shower tray. Also the pillows smelled bad (they probably haven't been changed). Good and well-assorted breakfast
