First time ever that I give 1 “star” but the water from sink was leaking straight down on the floor upon tapping water. There were also some other matters but that could have been accepted. However, despite calling the reception (on my own phone, internal phone did not work…) AND making a note for adjustment, NOTHING was resolved the next evening!
Staff tried its best but that does not help when you cannot use your bathroom…

A lovely hotel with kind, helpful staff. The breakfast was great and I was happy to see lots of vegan options. The room and bathroom were simple and clean, and the beds were ok. The rooms are themed, which is cute. It was quiet and peaceful. The conference I was attending was 1min walk away, which made it a perfect choice.

Reaktivt sentralt hotel. Slitne rom, enkeltsanger, og tv med stort sett finske kanaler. Terrasse men utsikt rett inn i nabovegg. Skuffende.

dinner was charged twice, first in the restaurant, then it was added to the room bill. Please, be careful! Only noticed at home, and now it is difficult to figure out! Otherwise, the room was nice and everything worked.

Perfect location, great team, very good breakfast including Finnish meals. Bit old design, one part of the glass shower doors in the room was missing.
