I stayed in Helsinki for one night while going to Lake Inari to see the Northern Lights with a friend.
It's about a 10 minute walk from Helsinki Central Station, so you won't have to worry about getting lost. There's also a supermarket nearby (the entrance takes an escalator to the basement), so you won't have any trouble shopping.
There was no air conditioning from the beginning, but it wasn't summer so it wasn't a problem, and although there was no heating, it wasn't cold.
The hotel receptionist is also friendly and I have no complaints.
I needed to print my boarding pass for the next day, so I asked the male staff at the reception desk before breakfast. It was my fault for not understanding English, but he took care of me until the end and I was able to print it, so thank you very much!
There is only body soap, so I recommend bringing everything else, and there is no refrigerator.
Breakfast was very good with salad, bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.
