Winter wonderland. This hotel has a warm and loving ambience from the moment you enter reception. Lovely and patient staff that make you feel very welcome. The room was super cosy and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The hotel's location is very convenient and easy to walk to all major attractions. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel within short distance from Helsinki City center. Lovely spa room with own sauna plus large bathtub and nice details like ceramic art by famous Finnish artists Anu Pentik in all the rooms and common spaces.
Extra points for unique Lappish breakfast with items like blueberry and spruce tip juice, reindeer blood sausage etc. Also tasting menu at Kultá Kitchen was worth bit steep price especially with innovative cocktails.

Stayed for 1 night! I was very satisfied with the reception, the room, and the breakfast. I chose a room with a sauna, so I warmed up in the sauna and then cooled down on the balcony, which was the best! You could watch YouTube on the TV, and the atmosphere in the room was nice. There was a supermarket nearby and a tram to the central station, so it was easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again if I come to Helsinki! !

Very good, in the city center, close to 3 churches and the pier. The hotel's breakfast is pretty good in Europe. The hotel services are very good. You can also have a sauna in the room. I love it.

We stayed at this hotel a few days back. It’s wonderful! Clean, spacious, friendly staff and the most magnificent breakfast (which we could t enjoy this time around because of our early flight). Next time we visit Finland, we won’t look any further; this is the hotel we want. It’s also greatly located. If you can afford the upgrade to a room with a sauna I highly recommend it!
