The hotel's location is excellent, and the room is perfect for a family of four. It comes with a washing machine and cooking facilities, plus there's a gym and sauna. It's within walking distance to attractions, and the surrounding amenities are complete, though it is a bit dated.

Conveniently located, the hotel boasts a great environment and new facilities. Many main attractions are within walking distance. The room amenities are also very comprehensive, and having a washing machine was a huge plus. I'm very satisfied with this stay! 🥰👍🏻

Highly recommended! It's quite close to the Viking Line terminal, just a 10-15 minute walk with luggage after getting off the ship. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Finland.

The self-service check-in was difficult for an older person like me, even though I'm familiar with technology. The pad was poorly positioned, and it was hard to see the buttons in the sunlight. Another guest was waiting in the car for the code, and I didn't have their personal details or ID with me. However, I managed to get it done and received the code, which allowed us into the parking garage. But first, we ended up in the wrong parking garage under the adjacent building… The parking garage could be more clearly marked; there were no signs, or at least we didn't see any. The room itself was clean, but there was no TV. The bed was too narrow, and there was only one blanket. Sleeping was difficult. The threshold was also dangerous; you had to be careful when getting out of bed in the dark. The curtains were also coming off in one corner… We left early in the morning and didn't wait for breakfast, which only started at 7:30 AM! Checkout was confusing; we didn't see any drop-off point for the room cards in the parking garage or the lobby. I called for assistance and was told that the cards could be left in the same locker from which we took them. That was a bit odd. There should be a clear box in the lobby where guests can drop off their cards when leaving the hotel. There was a bit too much self-service and self-reliance for our taste. We would gladly pay extra for more service. It would be great to have at least one person clearly visible in the lobby to help, instead of hidden behind some blinds. Overall, it was a confusing place…

There's no reception desk, but communication with the lobby security and office was still clear. The lobby has plenty of common areas and cooking facilities are available. Plus, there's a supermarket nearby, making the overall experience very convenient.
