The hotel was co-located with a shopping mall and train station. The bus-stop and tram stations are just outside the hotel. Making shopping and travelling easy and convenient. The counter service was friendly and flexible and allowed early check-in before sipulated time. This nice gesture was very well received after long hours flight.

The location is incredibly convenient for food and groceries. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a great variety of juices and drinks. I also loved making a warm cup of hot chocolate using the provided packets every evening before bed.

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Helsinki, and you can easily get to most places by train. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view overlooking Helsinki city was also quite nice. What's unique is that the hotel is located inside a mall, so there are many different types of restaurants to choose from for meals. Surprisingly, prices weren't as high as I expected. I'm not much into shopping, so I didn't buy anything, but there are a lot of shops since it's a mall. I'd likely stay at this hotel again if I revisit.

This is my third time in the same hotel. Excellent location with Tripla Mall and railway station. Only one stop to Helsinki center. We are quite big/tall, so X-bed rooms are perfect. Good breakfast.

Excellent location and right next to a large mall / train station, one stop away from city centre. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast!
