Facility a few km from Helsinki, easily accessible by Bolt services, etc. Well arranged and well cleaned rooms. Really poor booking service and even customer service. I paid for the hotel room, but the code was not sent to the hotel room. I called a paid aspan where it was said that this was because I didn’t prove my identity (even though there was no place where I could do it) I sent them a picture of the hangers that wasn’t enough for them either. The Aspa staff muttered the room number I then got inside. He called again even later because my identity could still not be verified and was silently on a paid call for 6 minutes and then closed that call without saying anything. An hour later, the guards will come to the door to verify his identity, at which point this was taken care of. In total, I was about 25 minutes in a call with Aspa, I don't think it's that hard to get to the room you paid for.

An okay appartment hotel, only complaint would be that i had to climb above the entrance door to get to the fuse box in order to up the temperature in the bathroom
