Very pleasant stay. The rooms are modern, functional and very clean. The staff is available and very kind.
On the other hand, big downside on the breakfasts which are quite expensive for the variety offered.

The hotel was fine, the rooms are quite small and have a bit of an institutional feel to them, not as nice as the pictures suggest. There was a damp smell in our room and strange smell in the communal areas. There is very limited space to put your clothes as no drawer space, we were there for 5 days in high summer so had quite a lot of stuff. The balcony was a big plus and we ate out there several times. I was disappointed that the bar was never open; the staff seemed confused when I asked. Breakfast was very expensive, good value though if you can eat so much in the morning! we mostly used the beach cabins. Pool is nice but very cold, its a long time since I've been in an unheated pool! The best thing about this hotel is the location which is second to none. Bus services to get around and the outstanding Euskotren are cheap and reliable. Don't bank on ever getting a taxi!

Despite all the slightly unfavorable opinions on the state of the hotel, we noticed that our room was renovated. Very clean. Calm. Impeccable reception services, and I'm not used to saying that. It is true that the exterior could do with some freshening up. But everything is functional.
I recommend the view rooms 🌊.
