Customer Service was excellent. Rooms was very neat and clean. The only complaint I have is the loud outside noise, was a little scary and disturbing hearing the arguments outside my door. Wished the pool was open, it was a good weekend to be in the pool with my daughter. Breakfast was good and the service was good.

I visited this hotel for approximately 5 days , the website said the pool would be open in June & pool did not open , I asked about pool and basically was told it’s a no go , they wouldn’t be opening at all , it’s a lot of remodeling going on in & outside the building . In hallways , by the drink machines it’s always plywood or a ladder sitting out , on the outside they are working with the ac / windows and the equipment they use is loud and the banging is annoying definitely no sleep during the day

Older hotel, but clean and staff very friendly. It was VERY noisy at night due to some inconsiderate guests and the heat/ac unit in our room was not working properly… stayed very warm and the fan would not run.

The room had a smell and floor was coming up. You have to run the shower at least 5 minutes get hot water.

My stay was nice but I feel it was a little too expensive for the area in which it was located in. I feel management should review and adjust the cost because of the area.

While the interior of this hotel needs a facelift (work has already begun), our room was very neat and clean, and the bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast was decent, and the staff - at all levels - could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We would definitely stay again.
