I booked a King Leisure. I got a small 2 queen bed room. I asked the front desk why and if there is a price difference. She said “You booked 3rd party so….” So I guess that’s frowned upon here. She made it real clear she didn’t care that I didn’t get the room I RESERVED. I stay in hotels 150+ nights a year and this is one, I will not return to and this is why I avoid Holiday Inns.

We had a great stay, it is being remodeled so there are areas not quiet fixed up but not a bother either. The room was nice and cozy. Most definitely will be staying here again if we come back.
