The only thing they had for breakfast was eggs gravy and bagels and barely any coffee we had to have them switch our room when we first got there cause it was filthy and left unlocked I need security cleanliness and breakfast

Overall, the hotel was okay, but we weren’t there all that much. It was really just a place to lay our heads at night. That being said, it wasn’t super clean (food left in the refrigerator, price tags found on floor, numerous curly hairs found on “clean” towels, for example). The breakfast was okay, and the staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful.

The bed was awesome. Very safe area, close to expressway. Restaurants not to far away. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.

Stay away!!! The pictures on the website are NOT this hotel! The rooms are disgusting! (See my pictures) We arrived around 2:30, the room wasn't ready quite yet so we went to get something to eat. We returned around 4:30 and checked into our rooms. We sat and discussed what we should do since we had already traveled 6 hours and had another 6 to go to get home. We decided we wouldn't be able to get any sleep here so we packed up. I went to the front desk to tell them we wanted a refund and the desk worker called his manager. She told him we couldn't get a refund. The desk worker gave me her number so I called her and forwarded her the pictures you see below. Long story short, she told me the furniture is old and needs to be replaced but she was not going to refund my money. I asked the front desk worker if he wanted to see the pictures and he said no. I asked him if it was because he has gotten other complaints and he said "I just don't care"!!!! When we left I called the manager to tell her we left and I expected a refund or I will be posting pictures in the morning. She told me "Post them now if you want".

just an average hotel, nothing exceptional, with good location for what we needed. Room is advertised as handicap acessable but, would not be able to get a wheelchair in near the desk or beds, bath tub shower not walk in, toilet so low it seems you are sitting on the floor. Room was clean and servˆce was good.

I hope you consider this hotel! I've stayed at this hotel before during a family emergency (less than a year apart)! The rooms and property are IMMACULATE but if you find something wrong they do their best to correct immediately (if you need something, just ask). The manager, Jenna, is a true rockstar (she remembered me); so are the CSR's. The Housekeeping Supervisor, Barb, was KIND enough to ask about my family wellbeing; I wanted to cry.
