We checked in this hotel to play golf tournament at the nearby golf course. We stayed 5 nights and 3 nights individually with 2 rooms. My room was not having any room services to clean rooms for 3 days. When I complained Front desk they said I have to request room clean services if I need someone clean the room. I never heard of it that I have to request room service on daily basis. Another room was not services for one day. Till we went back hotel and noted no services were made on our room no clean towels no make beds. We were so frustrated and spoke with the Management Manager as she told me the same we have to request if to clean room.
I will never stay in this hotel !

The stay was amazing as always, this is our 5th time staying for our anniversary, and will always, for sure comeback. But unfortunately, this time it was pretty dirty, the hallway was full of dust bunnies in every corner and our toilet seemed like it wasn't clean properly also the corners of the room were full of dust as if they didn't vacuum the room. We also (walking through the hallway) overheard one of the male maids that were cleaning a room talking to another co-worker, that he doesn't vacuum the rooms because it's easier to pick up visible trash than vacuuming the whole room when he has more rooms to clean all day. This is the first time that I've seen this, so many years I've come and stayed and never been received like this, but the only thing that will and makes me forget all this is their service. Very friendly and welcoming. Just please try to be cleaner.

This property has so much potential. Unfortunately they have not maintained it. Water leaks that were not taken care of properly, mold, AC not working in multiple rooms. Ceiling tiles half way open through out the resort. I can see why the ritz closed the doors on this place. SO much potential, poor management. 1 star for everything except the views.

I absolutely love Lake Las Vegas and the Hilton hotel is a nice and great place to stay!
We went for a couples massage at the Ravella Spa, the Therapysts were great!
Can’t wait to go back!

The Goods: this hotel could be great (could be). Great location. A small walk to a nice village with great restaurants and boutiques. The place is huge and overall in good shape. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The Bads: AC was broken in the living room of the suite. Breakfast was not good and expensive. Service was not welcoming or attentive. Housekeeping did not clean. Barely even made the bed. Not a good stay. I’ll watch reviews and may give it a shot in the future but as a Hilton Gold member, I’ve stayed at much better for the price.

This place is not worth the stay with the amount of headaches this place caused. For hours during the day half the hotel didn’t have hot water anywhere so couldn’t take a shower or anything without having ice cold water. Check out says 12pm on everything but front desk says it’s not updated and check out is at 11am. The front desk people say one thing and the rules, booklets, pan-flits say a complete separate thing. Online is not accurate at all with anything they say or do. The tv in most the rooms hardly worked screen would go fuzzy or just say accessing till you turn the tv off and back on. You’re better off staying at the Westin down the street or getting an Airbnb this place is not worth it.

My girlfriend and I had a argument and apologize for that.
Now we left a few very valuable items in the room including a leather jacket, red dress and bluetooth speaker and the hotel said they could not find ANY of them! Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Unless they can learn to run a hotel and explain why this happened or compensate us or find the items this review will stay here!

Lovely hotel. Nothing really to complain about except for maybe the bathtub size and the fact that I couldn’t take a bath due to the scorching hot water. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.
