Exceptional staff, excellent complimentary breakfast, rooms very clean and the area was close to so many restaurant's, store's, gas station's and pharmacies. It's 20 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from airport. I would definately stay at this place again, and will recomment it to family and friend's.

Construction is underway at present on the first two floors, so it was a bit noisy and dusty. Should be very nice when finished.

My wife and I had a great time in the Nashville/Hendersonville area. Located within a short distance of a lot of great restaurants, but far enough from the city so that you don't have to deal with the all of the issues. The hotel is under renovations which is why I rated the conditions as a 4, but everything else was great.

We stay at the Hyatt every time we come to Nashville to see our daughter, it's always a great stay. This was an okay stay. I totally understand they are under construction. Buuut. We stayed in a room that was supposedly just remodeled and my main concern was why were the shower door knob handles still in terrible disrepair? I could tell the carpet was redone, the shower was recalled but the knobs and shower head were both disgusting. Stay was still great just hope they look into that.
