They have a handicap room but if one has a mobility scooter the entrance to the room is raised and difficult to get over. There is little room on the sidewalk outside entrance to get a running start to get over the hump. The room is small. The restroom facilities are too small to enter with a wheelchair. The toilet is higher and has grab bars on the wall. There is a chair in the shower. There is a dual shower head. The lobby entranceway is narrow and hard to get into. No automatic doors; One needs help to open them. I wouldn't stay again because it is too difficult for me to navigate. Our handicap room was way in the backside, so I had far to go to get to breakfast. This is a motel with outside entrances for the rooms. Breakfast was great and the attendant very helpful. Food choice was normal eggs and sausage, waffles, but they did include grits which I enjoyed.

Issue with check in, reservation was not found. Clerk had already checked in someone else as me. Took a few but he claims he fixed it.

Check in was one of the best we have ever had,(David) was top notch. Breakfast was the best we've had in any Best western and most hotels period! Bed was very comfortable, pillows good, room was very clean,well stocked. Check out was good also ,over all one of the best hotel experiences we have had,will definitely stay here again! It's nice to stay at a place where the staff make you feel welcome from checkin to check out!

From check in until check out it was a great experience. David checked us in and was friendly and professional. Maria made sure our room was clean and neat. Heidi had the breakfast area clean and well stocked. The breakfast had many options and everything was fresh.

The room was big not like some of the newer motels separate toilet and tub beds slept good relatively quiet I like you could just pull up to your door to your room was clean I check that out the most Mexican restaurant on site it was ok if you need a quick bite we would stay again thank you to the cleaning staff

Guests next door were drunk and loud. After two calls went unanswered to front desk, packed up and left when noise continued until 4:30 AM. My fault for not researching this place in advance but had been on the road all day. Read your reviews people!

For the price point , I thought it was excellent . Everyone was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was 1st class . I would gladly stay there again .
