Hotel was clean and comfortable but the water filling station was broke, no coffee cups for coffee and the breakfast was only so so. Great place if you are looking to just sleep and leave.

This was a great option on our road trip from Destin, FL, to Indianapolis, IN. Rooms were well appointed, spacious and clean. Breakfast was great, with ample offerings for everyone in our family.

Hallways were dirty. Bathroom floor dirty. Desk and other surfaces dirty

First time staying at a Wingate, the beds were comfy, room was clean, breakfast was great,

The room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. The only negative thing was the continental breakfast. It was the standard breakfast of eggs, pancakes, biscuits, sausage, etc. but when we got down there, all the hot food was gone. Went to the counter to tell the lady and she said somebody would be out shortly. 30 minutes later she came out to start refilling the hot items. She put in maybe 2 cups of scrambled eggs and 5 sausage patties for a line of over 20 people. It was only one hour into breakfast service so it was quite surprising that there was no food left and no upkeep with the items. One of the main reasons for choosing this place was for the breakfast so we didn’t have to stop at a restaurant. Both staff members running the counter and taking care of the food, were not kind or helpful and a lot of people left angry. Not sure if it was just an off day for them but this was very unlike all the other stays we’ve had at this chain. Definitely wouldn’t make me stop from going there as I thought everything else was great though.

I enjoy staying at this hotel. I stay here at least once a month just for peace and quite. The rooms are nice and clean. The workers are very friendly and professional. Can hardly wait for my next stay.

Property was dirty overall. Hallways were visibly not vacuumed and the entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Staff was nice but would not stay again.

Comfy bed, Okay breakfast. Would stay again
