No hot water and roaches. Hot tub didn't work. No food service as advertised. Staff couldn't answer questions properly. No warning before hand about the hot water. No good.

Hot tubs are still down for a few months now. Very comfortable stay though. Water doesn't get real hot.
No breakfast or anything but a decent stay. Great location though right off 4 seasons Blvd.

My room wasn't ready for 2.5 hours after arriving. Trash in parking lots, front desk clerk looked overwhelmed but polite. Room was clean, bed comfy. Ceiling tiles were falling out in hallways & ceiling leaking.

First the positive. The desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean enough to sleep in. Now the negatives. The property claims to have on site restaurant, with breakfast and an on site bar. Neither are true. It also claims to have a hot tub. That has been broken and out of service for over a year and the owner has no intention of repairing it. The entire facility is one of those run down, getting worse type of places where the owner is trying to squeeze every penny out of it with no interest in maintenance etc until which time it “accidentally” burns down. *******, you should verify the amenities this place is closing to have.

Room was unlocked and door propped open when we entered. Musty smell. Carpet fraying badly where it meets tile. No Internet in rooms. You have to go to lobby to get Internet. Cell service is bad so couldn't use cell phones in room either. Our room needed a physical key and they only had one key even though there were two of us in the room. Room is dark and dingy and some lamps didn't work. No elevator. Fortunately we were on the first floor. There was also no bath towels in our room. Toilet paper roll was nearly empty with no extra in the room. Bathtub had hair. Their description of the hotel is a lie (see attached). No free breakfast (there’s no breakfast at all), no restaurant, and no WiFi. If they have enhanced cleaning protocols, I’d hate to see what it was before!

We were not able to check in due to this hotel being unsanitary. Had no WiFi no restaurant no amenities open. Horrible the hotel did not collect any funds. I expect ******* to note this property and refund any charges
