Hot tub was not working, we were very much looking forward to using it that was a real bummer other than that it was great.

The AC in our room made a horrible loud rattling noise so we could not use it. When asked for assistance from assistant manager we were told that the hotel was fully booked and they had no maintenance. Also told us they wouldn’t refund because we used ******* - we would have to call them - we did and the refund was still denied. After a very hot night we attempted the breakfast. Unfortunately, there was zero food out and it was a mess. The poor woman trying to stock it was alone while two people sat at the front desk and watched. At one point one of the front desk staff even helped herself to the little food that was out, even asking the worker to get herself something from the back. Overall a terrible stay and horrible customer service.

Great hotel,prefect location close to everything. Very clean, breakfast very good.staff very friendly. Great restaurants around hotel .beds comfy and very clean thank you. Very easy to find. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Bathrooms big and great amenities.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Stay was good. The only thing I would address is a lot of hotels will give military and first responders discounts, but this particular hotel did not. Other than that I was pleased with my stay.

The staff was great the amenities not so pool and hot tub down ,booked this hotel becouse under the impression of they had operating amenities it was not so ,not there fault but a heads up would have been nice

Hot water has been an issue for a while here. Now the hot water is back on but the pool and hot tub aren’t working. But the rates are still the same. Go figure

Disappointing in a few ways. Despite asking for cleaning the room and taking out the trash, nothing was done. The shampoo bottles were ripped off the wall and the receptionists weren’t very helpful. Despite all that the area was very safe with a lot of shops around, the room and beds were ok.
