如果需要入住的客户請仔細閲讀如下情況，很坑可以考慮其他酒店，還是連鎖酒店比較靠譜。原本初三晚上開車入住，因為同行人喝酒不能開車，行程臨時取消。初三中午左右時間接到酒店電話，衹告知到了南嶽來接不接人而已，沒有告知客户什麼時間過了不能退單，也沒有確認行程，這個和連鎖酒店沒法比（體驗感很差）導致晚上我取消了訂單，拒絕了，我先打電話聯繫店家：為什麼拒絕，説就是不能退，我就聯繫去哪兒客服來處理，也是第三方，可想而知是沒有成功。這條評論衹是想告知需要入住的客户，請謹慎。199的房費我當燒傷香火錢，但是這樣的方式坑客户來賺錢，有點…

老闆娘人特別好。訂酒店可以免費用車接上她的店。可以問老闆娘怎麼玩去哪些景點。老闆娘做的飯也很好吃。
房間很乾凈，二樓還有一個大客廳和大陽台。坐在陽台上看着外面山景，悠閑愜意。下次來衡山的話還會想住這裏。

房間在半山腰這種地方能達到很不錯的乾淨程度，有洗漱熱水，老闆娘人很好，做的飯菜很好吃，價格有點貴但在接受範圍內，上山前老闆會開車接，位置上山還算方便冬天房間裏會冷，窗户有點漏風，空調製熱還算可以，電視不怎麼好用，綜合地理位置因素，這些很多缺點都可以放寬要求，總體還是好評

#衞生衞生條件整體都很好，沒有什麼大問題，住的很舒適#服務老闆娘非常熱情善談，而且對於衡山的旅遊問題，她都很熱心地解答，還會免費送你上山搬運行李，特別特別熱情大方#位置交通在半山腰，出門走一會兒就可以坐觀光車，特別方便，而且還有景點可以看。#房間設施房間很有風格，舒適且乾淨，而且很安靜。#早餐可以在那裡吃飯，非常有湖南特色
