設施：設施老舊，拖鞋是循環利用的，底板硬且易打滑，
環境：地板鼓包，牆面壁紙開裂，牆皮發黴，用花盆遮擋敷衍，淋浴間瓶裝洗浴用品蓋子可以擰開，無法保證衞生
衞生：水池黴菌生長，周圍一圈黑，桌面油污清潔不乾淨
早餐：豆漿是豆奶粉沖泡的，難喝
按金：房費一天389元，按金卻要400元，詢問理由，答覆按照房費向上取整？！

酒店前台熱情，還給升級了房型。房間比較寬敞。酒店前台在樓上，開始還是花了點時間。另外酒店外面的保安還是很主動熱情的 。

雁城賓館離雁回峯和石鼓書院等景點都挺近。酒店是給父母訂的，他們住的挺舒服。他們説服務員特別熱情，服務周到，周邊吃的還方便。雖然是第一次去衡陽遊玩，但是有這樣的酒店服務，他們感到挺舒心。感謝酒店的前台工作人員和其他服務人員。
