我訂的是一個2米的床，結果在樓梯口，還對着過到，我要求換個房，換了之後他説衹有一個了，你還不滿意也沒辦法了，換了一個房間就這態度了，那個房間還是1.8米的床，我訂的是14點退房，12點就一直敲門，和工作人員説了之後還一直説就是12點退房，平台上明明清清楚楚是14點，我出差回來8點才睡，後面還是我去找客服解決的，衞生什麼的也一般，還有一點味道。
