住一次酒店，居然還受傷了，幾天了，一沖涼還痛，反應了很久，服務員才來查看，居然説，床的問題早就反應給領導了，一直沒有改善；更氣人的是，居然告知攜程説已經處理了，還賣了葯給消費者；真會處理，笑死我了，一輩子不想再住的酒店。
