Thank you so much to Katherine and Brendan for hosting tonight's cloud 9 Cocktail event at Champneys Henlow It was a fantastic evening 😀 We thoroughly enjoyed the Cosmopolitan it was absolutely delicious and the dark and stormy really was a thunderstorm it surprised me and was Amazing. Can't wait for many more evenings with you at Champneys Henlow.

Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend. Food was dreadful, almost all the food has extra charges. Extra £10.50 for the worst stake I’ve eaten. Comes with 1 leaf of cabbage and 4 chips. Breakfast is extra for beans bacon and nice coffee. Heating is on full in every room so makes it harder to sleep on the rock hard short bed. My group of 6 is leaving disappointed and hungry. I do not recommend.

Another wonderful visit to Henlow Grange. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the facilities excellent. Special thanks to Pauline who ran a great aqua class and Dominic in the restaurant for his excellent friendly service. We would only ask for fewer vegan meals!

a nice restful stay. I took my husband for a break following chemo. I found everyone very helpful. Some treatments were included on our package and unfortunately some were not suitable for people having cancer treatments(him) or varicose veins(me) but Tatiana did her best to make sure we had a safe treatment and I felt she went the extra mile.

Had such a lovely few days at Champneys Henlow, beautiful building, beautiful views and a beautiful spa. The thing that made my stay even better though was the staff. The reception team as a whole were extremely friendly and helpful, Andrew in particular who was so charismatic and Matt who was helping out in all areas of the resort. I would also like to mention the housekeeping team, Erika and Siobhan to name a few, who were always working so hard and would go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Would highly recommend coming to stay here to anyone who needs a bit of tlc

I met Andrew meet and greet on reception what a wonderful happy gentleman he is a credit to Champneys Looking forward to seeing him again Room was lovely food excellent Spa treatments fabulous. Definitely got spoilt,hopefully my husband treats me again very soon

We have visited most of the Champneys spas in recent years. We have had a particularly splendid time at Henlow Grange. The staff are so lovely, all of them. The food is delicious ( so much better than the other Champneys, which gone very vegan.) We want to mention Katie Armour in the restaurant, who was fantastic.

This was a trip away that was really needed. I could not have picked a better place to stay. From answering my email queries to rebooting our spa treatments when I accidentally booked the wrong date, nothing was to much trouble. All the staff are professional, friendly and very quick to offer assistance. The lovely Andrew was very helpful and helped us book a return visit. Our room, the food and facilities where excellent and I'm really looking forward to returning.
