Good hotel in a low price

Lady at the desk was a gem. She was patient and prompt with assistance. However, 1st room we checked into was dirty still. Wash cloths and towels still had makeup and dirt. Bathroom floor had pee on the floor. Bed was made but had dirty sheets like someone ate Cheetos. Next room was only cleaned to the minimum. New towels and new sheets. Smelled really bad of smoke. Both rooms had running toilets and one had stopped up sink and tub.

We stayed May 18, 2024. A Deluxe King room was booked and we were placed in a regular King upon arrival that had a broken A/C Heat unit -- so broken, there was a hole where you would control the temperature. We were then moved to a Deluxe King room after being accused of damaging the heat unit. In this room, the tub did not drain so you were standing in knee-deep water by the time your quick shower was done. The "smoke-free" room, stunk badly of stale smoke. The floor was filthy. The wash cloths and towels were like rough sandpaper. The outside of the building was dirty, littered, and badly in need to a little TLC. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is really a shame because when we stayed at this very same hotel about 5 years ago, it was beautiful -- sad to see it fallen into such a state of disrepair and disrespectful staff.

Just fine for a quick stay.I could stay better but not cheaper and I just really like the staff

The desk staff were friendly upon arrival . The room had a terrible smell and was quite dirty particularly the floor. There was a small area rug under the beds that was beyond dirty, and the smell was nauseating. I found three baby cockroach crawling on the walls. No bed bugs thankfully . The bedding actually had a clean smell to it.

Check in then check out in seconds room was invested with bugs rug was dirty with stains waiting for refund

The towel that I was given when I stepped out of the shower was dirty. The staff was just okay.

They gave me a room that they clearly knew the heater didn't work.It had extra blankets.Its 22 out.It didn't have soap or wash cloth.I asked for another room and after argument got another one,that smelled of cigarettes.I got spray.The heater worked fine.But there was half the blankets.

The room had NOT been cleaned from the previous customer. Was told no housekeeping was available since it was after 5:00 PM. The beds were not made, the towels were wet, the garbage was there AND there was a $10.00 tip left on the nightstand. THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE RENTED THIS ROOM. Was told I would get a partial refund which has not come. I slept on top of the bedspread fully dressed and used my jacket to keep my head away from the previously used pillow. Disgusting!
