The hotel has good location, close to highway and shopping. We had good night sleep there. Our room was facing Jefferson road so noice was not an issue at night.
However, the hotel does not offer free bottled water as others. We had to retrieve our own from our car. It would be nice to add considering the relative low cost.

We are unlikely to book here again, as the room rate was not commensurate with quality. Here are some of the pros and cons we experienced. Pros: easy to get to, loads of parking, close to a lot of shopping and restaurants, issues with hot water dealt expeditiously by maintenance and customer service, bedside wireless phone chargers, fridge and safe in room Cons: difficult to block light and noise in rooms facing the atrium, uncomfortably cold pool, flat/misshapen pillows and mattress, slow wi-fi, mediocre breakfast, stained bedding, broken front entrance door

The initial we got was not clean….. we were then moved to a cleaner room
