The hotel has good location, close to highway and shopping. We had good night sleep there. Our room was facing Jefferson road so noice was not an issue at night.
However, the hotel does not offer free bottled water as others. We had to retrieve our own from our car. It would be nice to add considering the relative low cost.

It was fairly nice but I didn’t realize we wouldn’t have a window to outside. The pool was lovely though and my children liked it. The beds were small!

This is my favorite hotel in the Henrietta area. It is the best hotel I've stayed at when at RIT. The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms as comfortable. The breakfast is great. Close to RIT and shopping. Lots of dining options. Never a problem.

Loudest hotel Ive ever been in, thin walls and doors, walkways on 2 sides of every room, kids standing in the hallways having parties, the atrium has an echo that just intensifies the more you try to go to sleep, very obnoxious and annoying, would not recommend if you’re trying to get some rest.

The hotel is clean and in decent condition. Enjoyed having a morning cup of coffee in the lovely atrium. The rooms are minimalistic but clean. Leave yourself plenty of time when taking the elevator, there are only two and they move very slowly.
