Upon my first trip to Homewood Suites in Henrietta, I was impressed by the fact that my room was actually a spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean suite! Sometimes hotels advertise themselves as suites and then guests are presented with a normal sized hotel room. This is not the case at Homewood. The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly, the complimentary breakfast is big and bountiful, and the hotel and its amenities are modern and comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Henrietta!

Dirty hotel! In room : Unwashed blood spots on comforted, mirrors not wiped, cobwebs around mirror. In hotel areas : floors not cleaned from night before (or longer), pool area not clean.
Breakfast was typical of a free breakfast, just fine.
Beds are comfortable.

Overall everything was average/basic/"good enough." Considering I paid over $200 to stay here, it could have been a LOT better. The bed was way too firm (by anyone's standards.) The towels were like sandpaper. The next morning breakfast was TERRIBLE. I've paid less in the past for hotels elsewhere and had a much more extensive selection. We got to the breakfast area around 10-15 minutes after it started just in time for cold eggs, cold sausage, and soupy oa**eal. (Bit of advice - skip their breakfast and eat at Cracker Barrel next door. At least you don't pay $200 to microwave their food.) Overall very dissatisfied. No value and I wouldn't stay again if given the opportunity.

Front desk and manager have horrible customer service. Manager called my room to yell at my wife and I. We picked our room online and check in time online as well. When we arrived, the cleaning of our room hadn't even begun. Front desk woman was rude and ignored our concerns. Only after calling corporate did manager reach out to berate us stating "were not the only guests in the hotel". Yelling, the same phrase over and over. It was an embarrassment and totally unprofessional. What an awful, ignorant representation of Hilton Honors. I'll never return and strongly advise everyone to avoid this property!
