The person at the desk was verry friendly and helpful when we arrived. The manager of the bar was the friendly and accommodating as was the bartender. The swimming pool was so warm. We keep coming back to this hotel whenever we are in Rochester.

Stayed on a drive vacation with my wife. Did not get up in time for breakfast so cannot comment. Rooms have been renovated and are clean. One old elevator that was filthy, and hallways to room sections dingy. Elevator area to room area separated by a door. Our room was the first one right by the door (even though my profile says not near elevator). Heard the door open and slam shut each time someone came into the hallway where the rooms were - terrible location, make sure you don’t not get this room. Our room had water damage on the ceiling, not sure how long it had been there, but needs to be fixed as it gives you a sense of uncleanliness. Room key envelope had a “thanks for being a member” sticker on the inside - not sure if that constitutes a “welcome member” check list.

It was an adequate hotel. There as lots of noise from kids playing in the halls and running around.
My favorite thing was Sticky Lips BBQ, a great restaurant next door!
