The woman from the Front Desk welcomed us warmly last night. We had a great stay!

The front desk staff was extremely patient and helpful. ******* did not report that we already paid for our reservation. The staff has had experience with this and were able to guide me through the process of getting ******* to do their job and complete the reservation so we could check in.

Unbeknownst to me the 3 rd floor was under construction and they put us up there. Then after a day they wanted to move us bc we never have should have been assigned that room. I was not able to move my things bc I had a commitment outside of the hotel an i specifically told the attendant I did not want anyone moving my things for me. Someone had been in our room Although nothing had been moved. Then that night there was no water in the room an once it was turned on it was brown an had to be flushed for almost 45 minutes to run clear Ho

just wish the pool will be opened at some point. we'd love to come back but would prefer a hotel with working pool

Clean, bright and modern facility! Everything you need is in the room. Love the coffee bar, and quick breakfast option included. Very close to U of R. Thank you Spark!!

My original room smelled like cigarette smoke ineffectively mixed with deodorizer, and the temp in the room was about 60° due to Housekeeping's efforts to air it out. I requested and was given a new room. That night, I noticed that the water from the faucet didn't warm up, but thought it needed time. No big deal. Next morning, there was no hot water from the faucet or shower, even after running for 15 minutes. I did an icy sponge bath before my early appt., told the clerk upon checkout, and was told I'd hear from the mgr. later that day with some compensation. I called later and was assured that plumbers were in the building and I would hear. I've called 3x since, was assured yesterday that I would receive a credit from the mgr. by email. No email, no call, no email in spam folder.....Nothing. Very disappointing. I live nearby, and won't be recommending this hotel.
