Cold in the room because the heater is not enough!!!

Peeling paint in every area (paint chips fell on me as I showered), rattling air conditioner with broken vents that was LOUD and blew directly at the bed, so bad I had to rig a wind block iwth a chair and towels. no breakfast no coffee, I will NEVER return to this dump !

My stay was a nigh**are. The rooms were very dirty, bath tub was dingy and there was urine stains in the toilet floor. The microwave and refrigerator was exceptionally disgusting, food was stuck to the floor, dust and food remains everywhere in the floor. The nightstand had burnt marks and the drawers had food and remains from the previous occupants. There were food stains in every counter. My bed had no blanket and it was very cold in the room. The heater blew cold air even though it was set at 85 deg F. The television had no signal and occupants were smoking in front of my room. The door to my room had no lock and I used chairs to secure the door. I did not sleep for the 2 night stay. It was unsafe. I brought this to the front desk attention but nothing was done. I need to be compensated with a full refund because It was inhumane and disrespectful. I have never experienced such poor service from a hotel before. The unhygienic environment. Please do something about this. I’m still traumatized. I have several pictures to back my claim.

No towels in room, stand up shower poor design whole floors was wet after your shower. Found pieces of tin foil in night stand

Thermal control unit was too noisy Sink mixer and towel rail was broken

The pictures make it look at lot better than it really is. The lobby is dirty and there is Narcan next to the front desk in case someone overdoses in the motel or near it. That kinda alerted me to where I was staying. The motel listing shows pics of a fitness facility and when I asked about it, the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. The map on the front desk even showed a location for it. And breakfast was non-existent. Definitely a must-miss on any future plans I have. Sketchy would be the word I would use.

DO NOT STAY HERE. 1ST ROOM I WAS GIVEN THE DOOR WAS BROKEN ROOM ENTRY DOOR AND THE FRONT DESK LADY KNEW IT WAS BROKEN, TOILET/SINK NASTY. SECOND ROOM I GO IN HAS NATS EVERYWHERE, CHARGING PORTAL FULL OF DIRT, THE SHEETS ARE DISGUSTING, THERE IS WHAT LOOKS LIKE NUT ON THE WALL, FLOOR IS DIRTY.*** doesn't even deserve a one star
