Staff were amazing from check in to departure. Onsite dining options were excellent, as was having the mineral spa for massage options. Room was clean, with the bed comfortable.

We were very impressed with the very personal check-in process in beautiful surroundings when we arrived. Our standard room was very comfortable, quiet and was well appointed with comfy split King beds though they did seem narrower than normal king singles. We were quite bothered by a constantly dripping shower which we mentioned on our departure. We were also very surprised at the state of the back carpark for a high-end hotel and were not impressed with the stone walk-ways leading to our room. We were unable to wheel our suitcases and were fortunately fit enough to carry everything down to our room but wonder how elderly guests manage.

We had an amazing stay. Great way to get away and take a break. Great food very attentive staff. A very beautiful hotel with everything that you possibly need at your front door. The mineral spa was just what the doctor order. Will definitely stay again but this time over winter
