We spent one night only during our Crete experience. There was a very kind person at the reception offering to explain us everything regarding Heraklion.

Although the room is a bit small, the breakfast, sanitation and service are all good. Location is convenient, too. You can walk to places such as the history museum. The hot chocolate in the cafe has many varieties and is delicious.

Welcome was warm with Konstanina. Hotel was pleasant and well kept, room staff efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good with everything needed, team were well trained to look after the guests. Panos and Stella looked after us at the pool which was a lovely area to relax. The only small negative was the lack of sun loungers and shade.
