The location is very good, very close to various attractions and museums. All kinds of service facilities are complete. The room is clean and the corridor has a disabled ramp for the convenience of travelers. Warm service. Breakfast was good.

We spent one night only during our Crete experience. There was a very kind person at the reception offering to explain us everything regarding Heraklion.
Room was clean and everything was in order.

Although the room is a bit small, the breakfast, sanitation and service are all good. Location is convenient, too. You can walk to places such as the history museum. The hot chocolate in the cafe has many varieties and is delicious.

Stayed here for 3 days as a part of a group. Very warm welcome from the reception desk ,breakfast was superb and the location of the hotel is very convenient. As for the room even though being small it was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool view at night. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed last week in Galaxy Hotel in heraklion. It was a beautiful elegant hotel, very clean. The room they gave us was quiet and beautiful near the pool. Breakfast was excellent, very tasty and filling. But more than anything we enjoyed the hospitality! The staff at the restaurant and bar were friendly and attentive. As for the reception desk, we were welcomed with big smiles. They were always there for our requests and gave us solutions for everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and visit again in the future !
