到庫勒斯堡，公交站，中央廣場都比較方便，步行500米差不多都能到。坐2路可以到克諾索斯宮。酒店工作人員熱情友好，早餐很豐富，還不斷根據我們需求改進。酒店也可以幫忙聯繫觀光事宜。因為淡季想去斯皮納龍格島很難（工作日不開），但Mary幫忙聯繫了出租車司機，為我們細心規劃路線和方案，不斷商討，去的當天司機還了解到島上臨時有個團，所以順便可以對我們開放，讓旅程沒有遺憾！

房間很好，位置也很完美，緊鄰公交車站和出租車站，旁邊的大超市和炸**超棒的！強烈推薦大家來伊拉克利翁住這家，還有免費的紅酒和自製甜品~ 唯一缺憾是沒有早餐，但是不要緊旁邊能吃的太多了！

From the moment we checked-in to the our check-out, the hotel staff was helpful and accommodating. Mary checked us in and helped us with our air-conditioning since we had an issue turning it on. Mary greeted us with a homemade Greek drink and we had complimentary snacks in our room. The location was perfect for us as we took the ferry into Heraklion and walked about 10 minutes from the ferry dock to the hotel. I chose this hotel due to our transportation needs. Our plan was to stay one night and we needed to take the bus from Heraklion to Chania, and the Central Bus Station is right across from the hotel, which made everything easy and convenient. We also took the local bus to Knossos Palace, and the bus stop happened to be across from the hotel as well. Since we only stayed for one night, the hotel has a luggage room that we used because we wanted to tour Knossos Palace the morning we checked-out. I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Next to bus service to Knossos, very short walk to the archeological museum, a block away to major bus service for the rest of the island and my trip back to Chania.

This hotel is under rated! I am a Marriott Titanium member but this hotel offered all the benefits and hospitality I would expect from a top tier hotel! Demetrius was so amazing and offered us recommendations and suggestions as well as welcomed us and showed us to our room! The rooms are large and the welcome gifts of wine and snacks were over the top! The hotel offers parking right in front of the hotel and the amenities were perfect! They had a mini safe, baggage scale, hair dryer with optional International plug receptacle, plus so much more. This place was priced at a fraction of other hotels but worth so much more!

We found the Lavris Suites exceeded our expectations. The quality of the rooms and the amenities were as good as any 4 star hotel we have stayed in. The GM Dimitris and his assistant Mary were super helpful. Check in process was very easy. Very convenient to the bus station and downtown.

Our check-in was very quick with the polite and efficient front desk agent. She promptly answered all questions that we had. The property is new and in very good condition with the location 2 blocks to the ferry port and approx. 6 blocks to the Center of town. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect for being close enough to walk yet there were a number of reserved parking spots for us out front. The woman who worked during the day was THE nicest person. Loved everything about our stay and there was even a bakery just a few steps from the hotel for pastries and coffee. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
